Terms and Condition

1. Meet and assist at the Jeddah airport Hajj Terminal (Subject to Saudi Gov authority) & group Assistance.
2. As Makkah & Madinah Hotels have only DBL Rooms so there will be extra beds for the TRIPLE / QUAD rooms.
3. Our company is an approved Haji Operator Including arrangement through collaborative arrangement is considered as First Party. Client Haji will be considered as the Second Party.
4. First Party is Liable to give all the service committed to him and which is mentioned on his brochure.
5. Second Party is Laible to make payments to First Party on the time or there will be no claim valid against the first party if the payment is not made on time.
6. Second Party has a right to make claim against the first party if any specified service is not provided to him.
7. The First party will clear his position against the second party if any specified services are not given to the second party and if a claim arises then the claim will be given to the second party for the only service which was not provided to the second party. (force majeure clause will apply)
8. The First party has a right to provide a better hotel or to upgrade that hajit
9. First Party is only liable to provide you the rooms in the hotel which is committed and no complaint will be entertained for not giving any suite or smaller or a large room is not given to the second party.
10. Makkah Towers room configuration has Stairs. The first party can not entertain complaints about the room given with the stairs.
11. The first party has the right to include any person in any group or in any camp in Mina and Arafat and in any bus.
12. The second party has to make full payments on the specified dates or the first party has a right to confiscate their passports and forfeit their money if any is paid and do not allow them to proceed for Hajj until and un proceed for Hajj until and unless dues are not clear and claim the loses.
13. The administrative part of traveling Hajj papers will be given to the haji before their departure.
14. Hajj training & package administrative presentation attendance is mandatory & No complaints or claims will not be valid from absences.
15. Our packages are based on KHI-JED - KHI OR KHI JED // MED KHI Ticket including PSF. (Ticket price not included)
16. Any "No Show" or Date change penalty/charges if any will be borne by Haji.
17. The Second party representative is dealing on the behalf of his family friends/group. He is responsible for all the commitments and will take care of his family /friends/group. Further other group members who have not booked packages directly through us have no right to complain or claim.
18. One or Two nights in Makkah and Madinah can be reduced as per the final itinerary.
19. Due to the close location in Mina to Jamarat, no Transport is to be provided for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah & 12 Zul Hijja. As all roads are closed near the Tents as all Hajis are going to Makkah for Tawaf-e-Ziarah.
20. All Itineraries, Hotels services & Toilets are Tentative and are subject to local Saudi Laws & our Group operation Limitations,
21. We will only be completing all the formality with reference to the Ministry of Religious Affairs Islamabad & will not be responsible for any delay and non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the consulate.
22. The amount of SAR 590 for Qurbani will be changed if Gov. of Pakistan makes it mandatory in Private Sector Also.
23. Our services in Mashaer days such as Tent, Accommodation. Food, Water, Transport, and Bathroom are managed by Moulim by Audi laws. our services are subject to Moulim.
24. Max one suitcase per person is allowed on a Hajj trip any excess luggage movement/transportation will be at risk and cost of hajji & Saudi laws. Luggage handling in the hajj journey responsibility of Hujjaj. The first party will assist only and lost/stolen liability claims MAX USD 100 for a Tagged / Locked Suitcase.
25. Aziziya Building services cannot be compared to Hotel services.
26. Makkah Similar means Abraj Tower / Jabal-e-Omar Project close to Haram or any Five Star Hotel. (by Saudi Star's standard)
27. Due to extremely hot weather air conditioning will be provided but due to the tent's opening & limited electric power required temperature cannot be guaranteed.

(Tent may be combined.)

Note:

1. No. Of days of stay in Makkah can be reduced but the package price remains the same.
2. The shuttle will be provided two times a day for a drop to Haram till 7 Zil hajj. (shuttle services are subject to Saudi laws & Traffic).
3. KABA VIEW supplement Abraj Tower SAR 1500 per person subject to availability.
4. Abraaj Tower means Grand Zamzam, Hajajr tower, Swissotel, Safwa orchid, Al Marwa Etc & the project of Jabal-e-Umar.
5. Rate & Hotels Subject to Change. (Currency Difference) Prices are subject to change. Even after booking / Saudi Taleemaat changes.
